Wilson is a manager, administration at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements, Delhi – India’s first prospective National Innovation University addressing the challenges of urbanisation through an integrated programme of education, research, consulting and advisory services.
Education:
Wilson is responsible for the overall administration of the IIHS office and premises. He also provides logistical and managerial support, designs and implements administrative and HR policies, maintains personnel and administration records, supports the finance and accounts department and liaises with multiple public agencies. Wilson also supports the start up team in execution of plans for the IIHS University.
Wilson began his career as a senior executive at the East West Rescue, India’s first and largest air ambulance company. His role entailed interaction with Corporate Clients and High Net Worth Individuals. He then moved on to the U.S. Educational Foundation in India (USEFI) as a personnel and administration associate.
Wilson has also been an assistant manager (human resources & general affairs) at Mitsubishi Corporation where he successfully worked on expat management for two years. He joined the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) as an administrative officer in 2009. His responsibilities included liaising with officials of various institutes and universities.
Wilson has also cleared the preliminary examination for Licentiate in insurance.
Wilson loves watching movies. He also loves playing sports and has represented Delhi in zonal cricket tournaments.
